All frames are supplied with 2mm acrylic glass, MDF backing board & hanging fixtures as standard, any other optional extras you add such as mounts, slips, frame liners, conservation upgrades will be added to the total frame price. VAT & Delivery charges @ £10 per order will be added when you checkout.
Tell me more about the Acrylic Glass.
We only use 2mm Acrylic glass with all custom made picture frames. This glazing is crystal clear, scratch resistant and UV stabilised which means it won't go yellow with age. It is also firm enough to prevent a rippled effect which can be noticed in low budget perspex glazed frames.
PLEASE NOTE: The Acrylic Glass we use has a protective film on it(usually blue). This film is on both sides and will need to be peeled off prior to fitting your picture. What is UV Glass?
The full name for our UV Glass is Tru Vue Conservation Clear Glass. It main benefits are that it blocks 98% of harmful UV rays and protects valuable or irreplaceable artwork from irreversible damage. It is an essential part of framing work to the Fine Art Trade Guild Conservation Level.
What quality mount board do you use?
The minimum quality of all the mount boards we use meets the Fine Art Trade Guild Commended Framing Level and are suitable for most everyday framing work. For more valuable or irreplaceable work you can opt for Conservation or Museum Level mountboard. We do not use cheap standard level mountboard as with age it will discolour.

Photo's To Canvas Information COMING SOON Trade Photo Frames Information I like your trade photo frames but I don't want to buy a pack of them?
Our trade photo frames are only sold in packs of 6 and are aimed at customers that require photo frames in bulk. This is reflected in the lower price for these frames. If you don't require frames in these quantities please use our custom framer where you can buy frames individually.
What's included in the price of your Trade Photo Frames?
All frames upto 40cm X 30cm are supplied with 2mm glass, MDF backing & hanging fixtures. All frames larger than 40cm X 30cm are supplied with 1.2mm safety glass, MDF backing & hanging fixtures. All frames upto and including 12" X 10" are supplied with a stand up back.
Do you keep your Trade Photo Frames in stock?
All of our Trade Photo Frames are made to order which is usually completed within 3 working days. Larger orders may take a little longer. As our Trade Photo frames are made to order we are not able to offer a refund on any incorrectly ordered items.
Payment & Delivery Information I have placed an order. How long do I have to wait?
In the first 4 months of 2008, 100% of our orders were been despatched within the quoted time of 3 full working days, many of which were despatched within 24 hours. All products are sent via DHL couriers who quote a delivery time of 24 - 48hours. Should there be a problem with your order we shall contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative or find a suitable solution.
How can I pay online?
You can pay online using any credit or debit ccard. Online payments are processed by the well known online payment provider - Paypal. If you prefer not to enter your credit card details online you may opt to give us your payment details over the phone - just select the "Call Me" option when you check out. We not longer accept cheques as a form of payment online, although we do accept cheques from business account customers.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is charged depending on your location and order value. England, Wales and Scotland deliveries are charged at £7.50 upto order value of £100, £10.50 upto order value £200, Orders over £200 are delivered free to UK Mainland addresses. UK Islands and Scottish Highland delivery charges start from £12.50. Any charges we make for deliveries include some aspect of packaging costs but we do not make any profit from these charges. You may opt to collect from our Bedford Depot. Collection of small orders(upto £100) are charged at £2.00 to cover staff time and packaging costs. Orders over £100 may be collected free of charge.
Do you delivery outside of the UK Mainland?
Our services are currently only offered to customers with delivery addresses in England, Wales, Scotland(inc Highlands), Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland. This policy may be reviewed at a later date.
I've seen the same product cheaper - Can you match it?

I want to order lots of frames, Can I have a discount?
We firmly believe we already offer the best products at the best prices in the UK. However for large orders we are always willing to discuss terms.
Damage & Refund Information The frame I ordered doesn't match my mantelpiece, Can I return it for a refund?
Unfortunately we cannot refund any correctly supplied product that has been made to order. This policy is in compliance with UK law for products that are manufactured to order.
My frame has arrived, but it is damaged. What should I do?
In the unlikely event your frame arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery either by calling us on 01234 741013 or by using our Contact Form. cWe will offer a replacement item when we have confirmed the damage. Please retain all of the packaging until you are happy with your purchase. We take the upmost care in checking goods for damage before we despatch them, with each product being checked by at least two different staff members during the manufacturing process. Please be aware that we are unable to accept any claim for damage if we are not informed within 48 hours of a signature being obtained by our courier. . Business Customers Do you offer an account facility?
We do offer account facilities to business customers after a successful first order.
Can you supply a VAT invoice if required?
We are a VAT registered UK company and can supply a VAT invoice with all purchases if required.
